This puts a spin on Truss describing Sturgeon as an “attention seeker” and saying that she’ll “ignore” the First Minister of Scotland.
She’s just upset that a few people think that Sturgeon is cool and that no one has ever thought that she’s cool, so she’s lashing out with insults.
