Tere, hello,

(mods please delete if not respecting the rules)

I’m a belgian student in electrical engineering. I’m actually doing an internship as part of my master degree. I’m actually working on different electricity prices in Europe.

I came upon this formula (Kombineeritud hind) from Inter Rao ([https://interrao.ee/teenused/](https://interrao.ee/teenused/)) but I can’t find any more information about it. I need to find out how they determine, for a client, the amount (in kWh) paid with a flat rate ?

I was wondering if any of you would know or could contact them for me please

Thank you for reading me

  1. What is your actual question here?

The combined price means there is a fixed amount with flat rate and anything exceeding that goes by Nord Pool price. The fixed amount is negotiated between seller and customer – it depends mostly on clients’ volume and volatility.
