That looks fake – I think it’s the logo on the top left.
How did he expect that to pan out for him.

He wont be suing as the truth is an adequate defence to defamation claims. This is nothing but an empty threat and sabre rattling. He has been caught rotten so is just having a lash out at the party that did it.
