This is a bike lane next to the Stauséi, close to the dam.
oh c’mon luxembourgish bike paths are least thing that you could complain on
Unfair picture. Dishonest.
There are many excellent bicycle lanes in Luxembourg, some are awkard at times but generally very good. Try cycling lanes in London, it’s almost suicidal.
c’mon it’s not that bad in Lux, if you don’t like it, then perhaps move to NL or DK…..
I think bike lanes in a lot of luxembourg are just bad. There are plenty going through the fields and forests but almost none in many towns. Kirchberg and the city are pretty good but places I.e stassen, bertrange, mamer, e.t.c have almost none.
Why are you starting arguments by talking about unpleasant things? Lets talk about how bike users forget about the rules or ignore the road signs or the many other acts against humanity that they commit. Even with bike lanes most cyclo-terrorists ignore them still use the street anyways. And why complain about bike lanes when there are many places that dont even have side walks? There are so many more things that need more attention then bikes. I dislike them. Uff
Ok ok its still something to look into at some point but not to soon haha
Got another bicycle related question: Can I take my bike in any (low floor) bus, if there’s enough free space on the rear entry?
“just die bitch” – the government
This is actually still ok. You are going from a dedicated bike lane onto a street, in wich you need to follow the Cide de la Route. I think that those bike lanes that are as wide as a manhole cover and incorporated in normal streets way worse than this. This is clear, you leave one and need to use the other.
I don’t see anything wrong. Sorry.
Stop complaining and get through it
