Are these French MEPs not aware of all the sewage the Seine carries out to the English channel? They have the same problems themselves, when it rains heavily, the system cannot cope.
trillions of gallons of rain falling over a few days on dry summer lands has to flow somewhere, i would think the only problem is the sewage pipe is too short if it’s affecting near shore water quality. just make the pipe a few miles longer and let it dilute further out to sea..
