Sveiki, Hello,

(mods please delete if not respecting the rules)

I’m a belgian student in electrical engineering. I’m actually doing an internship as part of my master degree. I’m actually working on different electricity prices in Europe.

I came upon this formula (PASTOVIOS IR KINTAMOS KAINOS PLANAS) from Imlitex Energy ([https://www.imlitexenergy.lt/elektros-tiekimas/planai-verslui/pastovios-ir-kintamos-kainos-planas/](https://www.imlitexenergy.lt/elektros-tiekimas/planai-verslui/pastovios-ir-kintamos-kainos-planas/)) but I can’t find any more information about it. I need to find out how they determine, for a client, the amount (in kWh) paid with a flat rate ?

I was wondering if any of you would know or could contact them for me please

Thank you for reading me

  1. [https://www.imlitexenergy.lt/en/electricity-supply/contacts/](https://www.imlitexenergy.lt/en/electricity-supply/contacts/)

Note that the Lithuanian electrical grid has been “liberalised” so one company does not reflect the whole market.

For more information, I would check out the ministry of energy site [https://enmin.lrv.lt/en/](https://enmin.lrv.lt/en/)

For more information, I would check out the ministry of energy site [y-home](https://ignitis.lt/en/electricity-home) and is the most popular for households

The suppliers for companies are beyond me.

[https://ignitis.lt/lt/kas-sudaro-elektros-kaina](https://ignitis.lt/lt/kas-sudaro-elektros-kaina) this here is ignitis breakdown for what makes the price.

The flat rate is probably a negotiation between supplier and client so use the contacts and ask them, maybe they will answer

  2. They have published only general part of contract, and client specific details go into special part. I can only speculate, but mixed plan likely involves paying flat rate below certain amount of electricity used (probably object of negotiations / client preference), and once that threshold is reached the variable rate becomes active. They have site in English too, you can try contacting them yourself via contact email.
