The UK NHS has finally reached a deal with Philips and is now starting to replace machines in the UK. I am told I’ll get my replacement within about four months. The Lung Function Unit at my local hospital has 2,600 sleep apnea patients and most have Philips machines. The whole recall has taken up so much staff time over many months.
