I saw ranking from Otodom (https://expatriateconsultancy.com/best-place-to-live-in-poland/) that places Gdynia as the best place in Poland to live. But why?
The only thing I saw above average in Gdynia was the amount of tattooed people.
Why it would be better than Przemysl?
Opinions?

Why Przemyśl is better then Gdynia in your opinion?
The problem is their methodolgy.
Rzeszow ranks higher than Krakow and Poznan because somehow it has more shops, more culture and better infrastructure?
I live near Rzeszow and I like it but I don’t go around saying “you should live here”
Gdynia is a trash hole with no culture, only used as a place to sleep and work. But I’m from Gdańsk so my opinion may be biased.
Those rankings have no sense. If you love mountains, then Gdynia is the worst place on planet.
I guess it could have won with Gdańsk because of lower accommodation prices. From what I’ve seen Gdynia fights with car owners and drivers, so if you plan to have one, would not advise to live there. Crossing railroad tracks to northern parts of city is pain, due to missing infrastructure including everything, plus always repaired overpass.
As for Przemyśl, this city seems a bit remote, locked from important facilities or infrastructure. Which may mean less career options. Also, if you include competing with influx of people from Ukraine.
Gdynia is pretty great – cleanish air, forest space everywhere, obvious access to the bay and beach, well-connected with other cities.
Is it number one for real? Probably not. Is it number one in my heart? Yeah.
