Trying to connect to my Wi-Fi all day long and then this message appears, I tried to call them but unfortunately my German it’s not good enough to keep that kind of conversation and it was not helpful, anybody had this problem before and can help me somehow?

Your DSL Username is blocked (whatever that means) this reads like a case for the customer service as they are the only ones that can unblock it…
