Mine (bottom) and my friends beef roll from the same deli but different deli worker. Sometimes it’s like a lottery and i have lost this one.

4. There’s a special place in hell for people working in delis who fill rolls like either of these. It’s really not complicated ffs, it’s the same concept as making a sandwich. The ingredients are meant to be layered so you get them all in combination when you take a bite. If you were making a sandwich you wouldn’t place two slices of bread in a vertical V shape and stuff the ingredients like that, why the fuck somebody would believe it would work for a roll is beyond me. Especially if they’re making a ton of the fuckers day in day out.

7. I usually find manners at a deli counter gets a fairly well filled roll or a friendly cheeky banter

8. Why? One is a sandwich, the other needs a fucking fork. Sure..you could probably do with a little more meat – just take some of your friend’s and you’ve solved both problems.

13. This just reminds me of the time I was in college in what was then LIT. Go to the deli counter and I believe I was ordering a wrap. Anyway, I could see the portion size was little on the small size (I get it you want to make money so to speak)

    I believe I ordered a Turkey slices with coleslaw and they had pickled jalapenos which was great as I love anything pickled. Ask for some pickled jalapenos and she puts on barely any. Honestly was about 5 she picked up and put in.

    I asked can I get a couple more jalapenos. She picks up a couple in her hand and shakes off a few as if she picked up too many. After shaking off the excess she ends up adding 1 more jalapeno. One!

    There was more wrap than filling by the end of it.

    It honestly must have traumatised me somewhat as I still remember this occasion.
