Hello sub, I plan to buy a car from [finn.no](https://finn.no) and export it outside EU, can someone give me a hint where I can find info about the registration of the car after buying and if there are some special plates (transition) for export? Thanks in advance.

It says you should get the car deregistered in Norway before exporting it. You need both parts of the document of ownership.
Why would you ever do such a thing? Have you seen the state of Norwegian cars? And have you seen the price of them? Due to the high tax of new cars, used cars are therefore more expensive than in for instance France or Germany. We use sickening amounts of road salt during the winter, so even a well maintained car will have more rust than an equally priced car down in the continent.
Unless you are looking at an old Ferrari or similar i really dont see why you’d want a Norwegian car.
