How can she begin to fix all the policy challenges when the Scottish legislature doesn’t have full control and when Scotland has been pulled out of the EU against its will?
The twin elephants in the room are Brexit and the conservative Tory govt in Westminster. She can’t take back control, until she frees Scotland of these unelected beaurocrats.
Which is a shame really as Scotland is doomed, as is the rest of non-London, to be treated as a suburb of London.
