If you live on the island of Ireland then you’re Irish
If you live on the island of Britain then you’re British
How is this difficult?
They can still be British Citizens and part of the United Kingdom (of great Britain AND Northern Ireland… see even the passport understands) but at the end of the day they are Irish.
Aren’t all UK citizens already free to come live and work in Ireland if they want to?
God, her twitter feeds sure something. Pure lunacy.
As far as I can tell this is the entirety of the r/ireland plan for what to do with unionism post unification
Maybe she’s on to something here. If only we could figure out who in all this are the native people of that corner of the island and who are descendants of the userpers of the land with an affinity to a foreign entity. Perhaps then we could relocate the people who identify with the people and culture of the separate island on which those people and culture already exists?
