  1. You can just picture them trying not to giggle and laugh as they announce this looking at their profits.

  2. The winter of 2022/23 could have the same impact here and in Europe as the winter of 1788/89 did in France. Poor harvests resulting in the price of bread skyrocketing, unfair institutions that didn’t work for the people led to a cold winter being the final straw. I see many of the same signs here. Enjoy these final days of summer and mild autumn while you can guys.

  3. Hang on… Let me get this right… EDF are warning that their customers will be unable to pay their inflated prices?
