Just moved to Mannheim from dublin and the flat had these individual boilers (i think) on the shower/bath, the bathroom tap and the kitchen tap with the one in the image being the most complex. Was wondering if anyone knows the model of this one. Dankeschön!

This looks like a gas powered water heater (Gastherme) from the 80ies/90ies. Buttons/ handles from left to right: hot water, ingnition, cold water. The switch above ignition is off/on i guess
Wow that’s a trip down memory lane. You don’t see these too often anymore.
Correct name would be Gas-Durchlauferhitzer. Junkers was a company from America but now it’s owned by Bosch and I think they let it die slowly because Bosch got Buderus their own product.
