1. I haven’t done that particular one, but I’ve been around those parts and the hike you plan is definitely doable. There’s a couple of places along the route that will involve some chains and such to assist with some mild climbing, but it’s nothing too crazy, if you’ve been to mountains like this before it shouldn’t be new to you.

   The mountain rescue guys also say that part of the trail between Zelené Pleso and Skalnaté Pleso got damaged in a storm, but it is now repaired enough to be doable, though they advise caution in that area since the terrain may still be unstable and may experience further collapses if it’s wet after rain.

2. Easily doable. Pretty boring, though, you’re not really going to see anything worth seeing. Perhaps you should consider going to Teryho chata from Zamkovskeho chata and reach Zbojnicka chata via Priecne sedlo. That takes it from “easily doable” to “decent fitness level needed”, but it also gets way more interesting.
