Looks scary, but knowing how Reddit goes, I would rather see a trustable souce reportng about this rather than some random Internet video without a source.
In this video it honestly looks more like one of those shit PostNL drivers slamming on the gas without controlling his vehicle than a deliberate attempt to run over the people on the terrace.

Waarschijnlijk zijn nummerplaat opgezocht en een bepaalde naam gezien.
Looks more like a regular white van man than a deliberate attack.
Pas op, joeng! Der zijn daar mensen!!!
May the driver get fined, lose his license and help the people he/she injured, unless he had a stroke and the van got out of his control.
Just read that the driver has been arrested.
6 injured, how? I only see two that were hit. Or is it only the angle?
