How to navigate these traffic lights for a right turn? There is no green light?! Must you still stop for the STOP sign, when the right traffic/red light is off? How is that small traffic light even called? Why would you even prefer thattt over ‘no’ or a full light?

1. Turn right, when the light goes green. Do a check over your right shoulder and execute the turn. The stop sign applies if the lights are out of function

   Edit: If there is another lane next to you this might be wrong(the light doesnt apply to you), then you would drive up to the front, stop, check if free, check over shoulder then execute turn.
