I’d quite forgotten she’d even done this and if anyone had reminded me of the incident, I might remember Kyrgios made the allegation but I’d have no clue who was aimed at.

Plus it seems fairly easy to see the truth of it. There’s surely cameras everywhere so it’ll be clear if she was doing anything or not.
This will get settled out of court, but if not it would be an interesting case. I think there is some precedent that accusing someone of being drunk is defamation.
