1. There is a Facebook group for Maltese family research. They are pretty active. Can’t remember the name of the group. I’ll check later

2. Don’t rule Gibraltar out of your research (unless you have factual reasons already to do so) there still is a Maltese diaspora in Gibraltar to this day.
