  3. I listen to a lot of sports stuff and OTB accounts for a sliver of it. I think OP is the first person I’ve ever heard complain about a lack of sports content.

  6. Today fm used to do the phone in on a Saturday evening after the commentary game they had.

    They do read out texts a lot live on air.
    The reality is most Joe soaps don’t have interesting things to say.

  9. Stopped listening to them when they were continuously pushing gambling. They were like the Radio team for Boylesports for a few too many years.

Lot of defence for a group of lads who entertain absolutely zero jeopardy when positing their views , you are a well groomed lot, and have very little respect for your own people who might want to express themselves in a stance against them, as if they would be inarticulate or something. Pretty poor guys. Watched another stellar Simon Jordan taking calls this morning , thinking on his feet , sparring intelligently with someone who took opposition to a segment he was espousing on beforehand. I guess the guy just has the broadcasting ability. Or just the courage of the convictions in his beliefs…
