Can’t say I’m a PVDA’er but I’m glad they’re in parliament for stuff like this
IMO what’s as worse as the shamelessness of these politicians, is the lack of critical media outlets who should have checked the proposal being implemented in may 2020…

Imo every parliament needs at least a few extremes (but not too much) because on some topics they might be somewhat right, and then the moderates can mellow it down a bit and make it more realistic.
Examples include this one, or when Vlaams Blok demanded more restrictions on immigration (inburgeringstest).
This is just theft. How can these politicians still get votes.

And suddenly they will deploy these changes. Why are they always needed to be scolded like a bunch of toddlers before doing anything ? And who keeps voting these toddlers into power

PVDA weet tenminste nog wat het werkvolk en minderbedeelden elke dag meemaken, in tegenstelling tot al die witteboordeikels die ons vanuit hun ivoren toren of een of andere villa gaan zeggen wat wij moeten doen, wat meestal op onze kin kloppen is of de buikriem nog wat strakker aanhalen?
Gelieve niet te antwoorden met bla bla communisme slecht of zo. Van BDW, Jambon, Dewinter, DVL en ander tuig zijn er ook genoeg beelden bij veel twijfelachtiger sujetten opgedoken. De een is ondertussen wel burgermeester van de 2de grootste stad van ‘t land en de ander minister-president begot!
What is mind baffeling to me is that they get paid 2000 euro for transportation…. Every month….
For me this is one of the most infuriating things of all. We don’t even get indexering, they can give themselves a raise of 40%. They get absurd amounts of pay when most of them do shit. When sick they keep their full pay. When fired because their not doing a good job they get a huge payout. When they are zelfstandige in bijberoep they can have like 50 jobs (yes I know I’m exaggerating) and they don’t have to give up 50% of their earnings to taxes.
I mean can you even imagine that you get to decide what pay you get at your job, when and how much raise you get and demand a payout when being fired? I’ve said it before and wil say it again, there needs to be surveillance commission that will put a stop to this. And yes I could go into politics so that I earn as much and get the same privileges, but I’m not power horny or a liar so no thank you. And not everyone of us can be a politician at the same time to get these privileges 🙈😅
At least PvdA practice what they preach. They give a large amount of their pay to their party. Ok they could still give it back to us, but it’s better than nothing. Not like vb or any other party for that matter who scream and shout that they support the people, but when push comes to shove they never put their money where their mouth is and always support the rich and the big companies.
Sorry this always gets me on a ranting spree.
