Was surprised that it didn’t make them instantly rich.
I told a past sales manager that although he might clock out at 5, it doesn’t mean I’ll suddenly forgot the way he spoke to me and that if I caught on him on a night out when we’re equals, you wouldn’t dare talk to me the same way. He calmed down a bit after that but was still a cunt.
If your dream job is sales, dream bigger.
These job adverts lie and then they switch last minuite. What they do I’m sure is illegal but they won’t face any consequences.
A person in my workplace had a similar experience – interview for a £18k a year job plus commission quickly switched to “register as self employed and hit these targets and you’ll make more.”. Thankfully she recognised what it really was an walked out immediately.
Can’t stand MLM companies. Avon is another one
I almost got roped into something similar when younger. Only when I did my research on the company did I back out, definitely dodged a bullet there. These should be illegal unless they offer a minimum/living wage payment.
Chris Niarchos is the name behind all of these companies. As soon as the heat gets too intense he dissolves one company and starts again under a new business name. Formerly Cobra, Appco, Grantam, and loads of others. Now called CSA Holdings.
