Are we ruling out that a state of mind cannot be changed on an orientation?. Given that it is scientifically proven that there is no “gay gene” or genome codec that defines an orientation and it is a mental preference, shouldn’t someone be allowed to change their mind or seek someone to help them question those feelings?
Adults shouldn’t be allowed this even if they want to, its dangerous and has to be banned.
Also, decriminalize prostitution and heroin.
