I made some Sunday! I accidentally over proofed it, but it still tasted great!! Love your braided loaf ☺️🥰
My great-grandmother called it “biscuit” too!! I always make her recipe during the holidays 🙂
Can someone drop the recipe??? I am American and I just married a Finnish man last month. I would love to impress him by making this!
May her legacy carry over you 😌
I was just chatting with my mother (who is 85) the other day and she was reminiscing how her mother (who passed away at 95 in the late 90s) used to make pulla back in the 1940s; she’d come up with all kinds of shapes to make sure there was a lot of variety on the coffee table even though the dough was always the same. Doesn’t get much more traditional than that.

Why “biscuit”
