So this is due to staff shortages. I can only presume they pay such shit wages and have such awful job security that its not worth working for them, so maybe change that?

They cancelled my LHR to NCL connection yesterday, I’m flying in from the US arrive early morning. I’ve now got 8 hours at Heathrow 😳 before my rebooked flight 🙄 I may cancel and just get the train home now.
