5% is a disgrace especially with the past decade of stagnant wages. It doesn’t matter who you are, you should be standing in solidarity with these workers because at the end of the day, if large swaths of workers are getting big pay rises it gives you more of a leg to stand on when you need to ask for yours.
At this point isn’t it easier to list who ISN’T striking?
