Eco or Auto are the general all-purpose modes. Eco usually takes longer but takes less water and energy
There are modes for plastic and rubber?
Either your bottle is dishwasher safe (then it will work with every mode) or it‘s not. Pleas don‘t let the machine run only with one bottle that‘s a huge waste of energy and water.
