The SNP have a lot to answer for and are given a free pass by much of the left and media in this country. They have incited one of the ugliest forms of nationalism seen in Western Europe this side of 1945 and certainly in the British Isles. All the while they’ve dragged Scotland into the gutter. Educational attainment down, deaths by drug overdoses are the highest in Europe and quite possibly one of the most restrictive nations in Europe in terms of how they are governed. An independent Scotland with them in charge would be a joke country.
I can vaguely understand the independance thing, every country has those sorts, but I really can’t understand the obsession over sturgeon, she’s literally just northern farage
I think that the UK is fascinating because England and Scotland are very similar and the few differences there are are massively magnified in popular perception.
However – one thing I have always thought it that in Scotland, people are much more *ashamed* of loutish and working class behaviour and so it gets swept under the rug a lot more often, and I think this is one of the reasons the SNP has such a good image.
Scotland hates England and the English.
The only reason they consider staying is because they know it’s in their economic best interest.
Like a bitter old gold digger.
We should cut them loose.
Why some Scotts want independance ? It has something to do with EU ?
