I think that Hungary is close to Bulgaria. Yes we are different on many levels be that on cultural, religious, linguistic, and etc. But the struggles of our nations for independence ( you from Austria and we from Ottoman rule) and the injustices we suffered after WW1 unite us in some way. The dismemberment of Hungary and the turmoil years of 1918-1921 and the Bulgarian failure and losses in the wars for national unification (Balkan wars 1912-1913 and WW1 1915-1918)
