Dikkenek, dikke=large, nek=neck, is a Belgian term to designate a person that is a little full of him or herself.
The type is portrayed by Francois Damiens in a movie called by the same name, Dikkenek.
Why they know why?
Because a famous Belgian beer, Jupiler, has a similar and very famous slogan “Jupiler ! men know why” and they just reused it .
