As someone who watches a good bit of college football, there’s zero buzz about it even among the people who watch American football. We’ve already had a few college games here so the novelty of it has fully worn off. More of a game for tourists and US expats. Even though I love the sport I wouldn’t bother going unless it was 2 ranked teams or big teams like Bama/Ohio State etc
Good Dublin is buzzing and the weather couldn’t be better . Full house is expected today at the Aviva
I don’t understand why anyone in Ireland would be interested in mediocre football played by two unranked teams. Is there a huge fan base for either team or is this just an attempt to force Americanism upon Ireland?
