I can’t find an answer online but I doubt it means “beware of people with sunglasses” like my friend suggested. Could some one please explain? Ačiū!

  1. Probably near a school so “Vaikai” literally means “children” which in this case is rendered “Kid’s crossing” and the shades say “Be aware of Blind People crossing here.”

  2. The black sunglasses mean that this crosswalk’s trafic light has an inbuild beeping audio system that starts beeping when the light turns green and it’s safe to walk across the street. At least thats what I think it is.

  3. Warning mostly for driver’s that blind people can cross without noticing the car except if they can good ears they can stop
