Its It’s great that no one will be cut off bit I think this could feed another mortgage/eviction type cycle. When some people find out you dont have to pay, see the Flood family Dublin for an example the companies pass this extra cost onto the consumer. If they figure out they dont have to pay electricity now well end up paying that bill for them too.
