We have a big problem with corruption for sure but 3.5bn a year? The whole budget is just above 10bn. I almost certain 3.5bn would be completely impossible to hide and leave the country with close to no state resources.

Do EE countries like Poland or Czechia fair better when it comes to dealing with corruption?
