4. We have a big problem with corruption for sure but 3.5bn a year? The whole budget is just above 10bn. I almost certain 3.5bn would be completely impossible to hide and leave the country with close to no state resources.

Mmh, might be a bit of a wrong perception, but I always assumed Slovenia was overall doing the best from all Eastern/South Eastern European states when it comes to economic/combating corruption performances. Do EE countries like Poland or Czechia fair better when it comes to dealing with corruption?
