Saddest part about this is that almost nothing will happen to him. I wish these ppl were treated the same ay they treat their animals. Saw once one guy beat his dog in a park, told him in no uncertain term that I would do the same to him if he did not stop. Coward run away saying he would call the police, meanwhie I had already called them.
I fucking hate these “things” ( and I refuse to call em ppl l et alone animals) .
