3 weeks ago I decided to take advantage of the special offer from DB for the BC 100

When I ordered it I got an automatic email thanking me for my message and then never heard anything else. I contacted multiple time and not had any feedback. It has now been 3 weeks and there is no sign of the ticket actually being processed and sent to me.
Anyone else had any problems with this?
