Hey r/Polska I know this might be a weird question but do you guys have the water in the toilets visible before flushing or not? Are your toilets like the one in the picture?

My toilet has water visible before flushing and looks like the one in the picture.
Although the ones with the “shelves” are considered to be a abomination in Poland.
What’s more intriguing: why are you asking?
Place some paper on the water to avoid the splash
I just drink this water
Yep
Yes, it’s perfectly normal, this is the most common toilet type in Poland. And it only seems like weird question if you never went down some toilet types across the world rabbit hole lol There are definitely more than I could expect.
The other popular type is the one with a shelf but it’s popularity declined over lat 30 years, now I mostly see the one you linked.
Yes. My grandma still has that old “shelf” style toilet though, I hate it.
I use an outhouse. What’s a toilet?
Chop co uznaje nas za brudasów xd (?)
I have water 💦 but sharing toilet with my two sons and she’s Lok like one on desperados movie 🤔
I have a shelf toilet and it prevents water from splashing your ass, not as fancy looking, but it does it’s job
Why is this NFSW.
Depends… There are many toilets in poland, but in most cases, the water is visible
