  1. Our local old folks home charges £600 a week per resident. All the staff are on minimum wage except two nurses. The owner and his wife just paid £1.5 million for a house up in the dales, house has space for 5 cars which is handy as he drives an Aston martin, a Bentley and has a Mclaren on order.

  2. Would there be an opportunity to work together with bordering countries to allow workers to move around and work freely?

  3. Importing workers might of worked in the past, when you had ample social housing, and rents weren’t crazy. That’s not the case now.

  4. come migrants, and be crowded into hmo accomodation that’d make victorian slumlords blush, to be paid a wage that wouldnt cover rent and bills if you wanted a decent life here as a citizen in their own house. all while your boss buys their second bentley.
