Didn’t expect a response

  1. “I’m sorry I let you down” would have been a better response from this little rat bag. These fucks need to be purged from government completely.

I do however take solace that he took the time to open this email thinking it was a message of support, only to be offended enough to clap back.

Are kids these days still doing that milkshake thing?

  2. A week ago, a friend down here was championing him for helping some person move house. I actually wonder was it a property he owns. Fuck this guy, he’s around my age and owns 11 rental units? There’s something incredibly suspect about that. He resigned one position but will remain a TD and still have almost 100 grand salary plus whatever else from his rentals. Shady as fuck.

  3. If you want to prove that this email is legit, you need to screen record and scroll up and down. Otherwise people can argue it’s a good photoshop.

  4. Doesn’t matter what he sends now, his political career is over. I doubt he will run for election again.

  5. I abaolutely have no time for him but I see no issue with him responding like that. You let yourself down with the “go fuck yourself” remark so didn’t deserve a proper response

  6. So a government TD uses your money to house people in his property.

I bet he is not the only one. Should be a banned practice.

  7. I wonder which member of his team sent that. I doubt it was him and the only member of his lot Ive met was a nice woman that I wouldnt expect that from. Who knows though.

  8. So what exactly did this guy do? I wish I could tell you I actually know what happen’s in Ireland. I havn’t watched TV in 3 years, Tuberty could be assassinated and I wouldn’t know about it

  9. From his wiki and the first result for his name on Google: “Robert Troy (born 24 January 1982) is an Irish gombeen man and Fianna Fáil politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Longford–Westmeath constituency since 2011.”

  10. Most of our politicians pout once they get called out and forced to resign, theirs no shame or embarrassment because they know how widespread the corruption is and its essentially luck of the draw as to who gets caught

  11. This is a prime example of the absolute disdain they have for the public, the people of Ireland, all of us. This whole incident should be the tinderbox to some change. We need to protest and demand an election! They work for us!

  12. This is why this country is fucked. Evil little scumbags like him juicing their position for all it’s worth, fucking people over left, right and centre, and then, when the shit hits the fan, he’ll be defended by his colleagues and still get a pension when he resigns. Vermin.

  13. Some of the comments here are so needlessly vitriolic they have me losing faith in the Irish electorate.

  14. And who says statesmanship is dead?

I hope you’ve forwarded this to media. Voters deserve to be reminded who they are voting for and paying.

  15. Hey OP, we have another email for you to send.

I’ve even got his email for you here: johnny.guirke@oireachtas.ie

Let us know how it goes please.

  16. Doesn’t really matter what valid point you make, you could have written an argument worthy of Plato’s Republic

IMO – This is a valid response to someone signing off an email with “Go Fuck Yourself”. It’s beyond juvenile.
