Currently I have a fixed contract for electricity and gas so I’m not planning to change yet but I was curious and checked mijnenergie. I was very surprises I got a a couple of proposals for les than 50euro per year. This was for contracts with variabele rates but a higher insertion/input rate than the consumption rate.
So no I am wondering of I should change to one of these contracts with a variabele rate or not. I’m currently paying €22/month this other contract estimates less than €4/month*. But with a variabele rate.
Edit: I rechecked and now the best one I find is [€70/year](https://imgur.com/a/eYpC44Z) so I probably mistyped the first time. But less than I pay now.
Is it per month? In that case RIP
Wait what? Can someone ELI5 what this is? What do I have to check?
I have no idea for the future, for now it’s 53.92€. Looking at the grant it says ‘social pricing, fixed, unlimited’. And it’s a very stable 285kWh per month.
I guess I answered myself, should be the same in the future, unless they override it in some way.
Where can I check this?
The scale of the slider looks weird. What is the amount if you put it all the way to the right?
I’m currently paying 150,- a month and looking at a 2.000 settlement in December. Fixed contract with Luminus from Dec 2021.
Currently €40/month and looking at €20 at the end of the year for electricity, and €30/month with around €60 at the end for gas.
I live in an appartment, though, with heating at max. 18°C, southern facing windows and most of the time only one LEDlamp + laptop or TV on and I do a lot of batch cooking, so it’s only one day a week I actually cook, other days I just microwave stuff.
I was at 83 and it offered me to go to 100 to stay in the green so not too bad so far as far as i can see.
1300 extra Ofwel 3200 per jaar.
Mine was 150 / month 2 adults , 1 kiddo . Fixed price ended this month and now they calculated it to 450 / month .
We are having new windows hopefully ( ordered in April but still no news from the company other than war / COVID slowed everything down ) and we hope it will help reducing heat consumption.
Anyways I felt the new bill
My contract was renewed the 20th of February. Fixed for a year. I got 900 euros back this month. I dread next year, but at least I have fixed prices this winter. One year at a time we’ll get there.
€ 105,33 per month for electricity, no gas. Usage estimate seems to be quite exact (less than 100kWh difference), so I don’t expect to pay anything extra.
That covers normal electricity usage, heating, EV charging. 5kWp solar installation.
A lot of DIY home automation to optimize and minimize consumption. Luckily we switched to Ecopower before they stopped accepting new customers (not usually the cheapest, but a fair price for green electricity). They kept a fair price instead of following the market pricing.
Currently paying €80 a month for both gas & electricity.
Lucky with a fixed contract renewal December 2021
Currently 75 EUR, but that’s my old flat. Just moved to a new place. I am shitting myself.
Electricity about 20 a month, upped my gas from 40 to 111 to cover all the inflated prices
