Alle ogen gericht op prijsplafond om energiefactuur betaalbaar te krijgen: (hoe) kan de politiek dat waarmaken?

  2. Egbert Lachaert (OVld president) said this morning on Radio 1 that electricity prices are set on a European level by looking at the cost of the most expensive producer. Which currently is electricity made from gas. The cost for other producers (wind, nuclear, …) didn’t change much, but they sell at the same price. Maybe they should do something about this? How has this arrangement every been a good idea?

  3. It should somehow be discouraged to trade on energy-futures. Sure, the supply is less than 2 yrs ago, but it’s speculation that drives the current ridiculous prices.

  4. €770 is not going to help much when some people are getting + €1k bills / month. If they are not going to step up in a serious way people are going to use politicians as fuel.
