Hey everyone,

I’ve tried to order my Schufa and got an email that says (if I understood it correctly) they can’t send a Schufa if the adress indicated c/o or “bei”.

ausdrücklicher Beauftragung durch Sie an eine andere Adresse senden. Eine Zusendung mit
dem Vermerk “wohnhaft bei” ist nicht möglich. Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass Ihnen die Auskunft
unter der angegebenen Adresse zugestellt werden kann.”

My name isn’t on the bell so the Anmeldung I have is with “c/o my Hauptmieter”. Anybody had a similar experience with them?

PS: Tried to call them no luck, sent a msg with my referance number and waiting.

  1. You should definitely get your name put on the doorbell and letterbox. Otherwise you will have a lot of trouble sooner rather than later.

    If they don’t allow it, there is probably something shady going on such as tax evasion or breaking a rental agreement with their landlord
