I would bet my left testicle, that this is czech person speaking. That separation of syllables and emphasis on the first syllable… You could learn czech accent in english from that. I wonder how native speakers hear our accent when it’s strong like this, because I absolutely hate it.

No doubt that she is from Slavic speaking country, but i am not sure if she is Czech. For example for me it sound like she is from Ukraine or Russia. (But i am guy from IT world, who live in cave so i can be wrong)
