I love this equality stuff. No one is out there telling women they can’t be teachers because they need more men. Always seems to be someone saying they have too many men in tech though.
Also amuses me that people are ok with the idea of men telling women what they should want to do Vs letting genders just be different

My gut feel is that I’d rather they just worked extremely hard to make the RAF the most effective organisation it can be to best defend the society it serves.
I guess the counterpoint is that if you do nothing, then recruitment from currently under-represented sectors of the population is likely to remain low, but… :-/
Be nice if the main targets they were concerned with hitting were enemy hostiles when deployed!
There’s never any demand for more diversity in the bin collection sector is there.
I’m not convinced blow up doll pilots are much use.
Who gives a shit about that. It could be all people called Arnold for all I care, as long as they fulllfill their roll.
