  1. It’s a baptismal certificate issued by the Greek Catholic parish in Nižné Slovinky.

The child was born on June 22nd, 1904. Her name was Katarína Novák(ová). She was the legitimate child of Augustín Novák, a Roman Catholic butcher and Katarína Ribar (modern version: Rybárová), a Greek Catholic. They lived in Nižné Slovinky, house no. 96. The godparents were Jan Slovinsky, a Greek Catholic and Helena Ribar, also a Greek Catholic. Katarína was baptized by Juraj Zubriczky, a local priest. The certificate itself was issued on March 6th, 1929.
