Labour not being on the picket lines might be the best move. If these became the “Labour strikes” then its easy for the Tories to deflect blame and say Labour are using it to damage the country for political gain, something too many people I fear would lap up. There is no need to risk this happening while the strikes are receiving public support.
Starmer should be attacking the Tories way harder though, a couple of tweets really isnt enough. That energy plan was a nice start but more is needed. Keeping your powder dry is one thing but missing open goals is another.
