Who do we contact when someone harasses us this way? Will calling the police help?
Especially if there are some physical assault involved?
Are the police every receptive and quick?
Guy flips the camera to himself about 8 seconds from the end for anyone that wants to report this guy. I’m an immigrant in Poland and I’ve never had anyone polish speak to me like this, this clown comes to Poland and thinks he speaks for people? The dumbass even records his crime? I’m certainly reporting him to the police.
