I have just been told that Lufthansa are striking tomorrow… the very day that I have booked a flight!

My flight is one domestic and one international (all on the one ticket).

Does anyone know what happens? Do you have to rebook it yourself or does Lufthansa do it for you somehow? I would rather do it online than on phone, of course.

  1. Not all flights are cancelled, so maybe you are lucky.

If you can take a train or bus instead of the domestic flight, I would recommend doing so as to not miss the international one if it takes place.

If the flight is cancelled, you should theoretically be rebooked automatically and get an email/app notification/text message
