Great, now do [keeping the original nuclear phase out dates](https://static.dw.com/image/6469882_7.jpg).
Especially considering that “[The TÜV Association considers continued operation of the nuclear power plants still in operation to be feasible from a safety and testing point of view. […] From a technical point of view, it would also be possible to restart the three nuclear power plants that were shut down on December 31, 2021.](https://translate.google.com/?sl=auto&tl=en&text=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tuev-verband.de%2Fpressemitteilungen%2Fenergieversorgung&op=translate)”
Loads of people that I know bought them and drastically reduced their car trips in that time period.
It was a great deal and the trains were generally fuller than before.
So, it works!
Great but now we are back to the normal 15-20 Euros for a two way trip to a neighbour city. It is a joke. If i want to go Düsseldorf / Bochum / Oberhausen i spend 12-15 Euros for two ways and it takes me a lot more time than going by my car.

The distances are between 35-15km.
God, I miss it already.
Literally the greatest thing to happen to German rail since the ICE. And now its over. Fuck.
